All professional medical marijuana patients are permitted to assign a selected caregiver. Caregivers may be mom and dad or lawful guardians. Caregivers can procure and administer medication for their clientele having a written certification with the patient’s medical doctor, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. All caregivers need to sign
